Partnerships

Expand what you can deliver. without losing ownership of the relationship.

Referral, co-delivery, white-label or adviser/platform – we choose the model according to who owns the customer, who delivers and what responsibilities should remain visible or behind the scenes.

With whom we work

You add capabilities without reconstructing everything internally.

The model starts from the way you already work and what you want to remain in your responsibility.

01

Agencies & developers

For teams that build or administer websites and applications and want to add security, compliance or managed infrastructure without building all their capabilities internally.

02

Security and Compliance Specialists

For consultants, DPOs, advisors and GRC teams who need platform, evidence workflows or technical support in their clients’ projects.

03

Technology & integration partners

For SaaS providers and integrators who want to connect products, ZBTKEEPs, or workflows to theZebraByteplatform and services.

04

White-label & co-delivery

For partners who want to maintain the business relationship with the end customer, while the technical or operational responsibilities ofZebraByteare clearly defined in the back.

Delivery topology

Choose the model before the first customer.

The main difference is who keeps the relationship, who delivers and how much of theZebraByteexperience is visible to the end customer.

Responsibility matrix

Clear responsibilities before branding.

White-label only works if customer experience, support, access and ownership are defined before delivery.

Commercial relationship

It can stay with the partner in the white-label/co-delivery models or can be taken over byZebraBytein a direct referral.

Respect the agreed model and do not contact the customer outside of the agreed role.

Scope & delivery

It defines what it promises to the client and what responsibilities it holds internally.

It only delivers the capabilities and results explicitly included in the common scope.

Access & data

Provides approved access and the context required for the project.

Use access and data only for the agreed purpose and within the established operational limits.

Onboarding

We clarify the model before the first ticket.

01

Context

We understand the business model, the type of customer, the service you want to add and what relationship you want to maintain.

02

Boundary

We determine who sells, who delivers, who provides support, who has access and what remains under the partner’s branding.

03

Delivery model

We choose referral, co-delivery, white-label, adviser/platform or a documented model for the particular case.

04

Operation

We define communication, escalations, evidence and any applicable SLAs before the first live client.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a public program with fixed fees? +

We do not publish a universal table of commissions or levels as a promise to any partner. The business model depends on the type of collaboration, volume, responsibilities, support and who holds the customer relationship.

Can I keep my customer under my brand? +

Yes, a white-label or co-delivery model may be possible, but branding, communication, access, support and obligations of each party must be clearly established before delivery.

Can I only use the platform for my customers? +

The Professional/Adviser model allows the platform to be used to organize customer compliance work, withoutZebraByteautomatically becoming the consultant or owner of their program.

CanZebraBytetake over the technical part of a compliance project? +

Security assessment, hardening, website/email security, incident response or managed infrastructure can be related to controls and findings that the partner manages at the GRC or consulting level.

Can we integrate throughAPIor automation? +

Yes, depending on the workflow. The platform has surfaces for integration and automation, and the exact model is established after we know which system to connect and which data to exchange.

Tell us what you want to deliver and what you want to stay behind the scenes.

We build our collaboration model around customer, scope and ownership — not around a generic partner level.
