The Role

Work directly with customers: assess compliance and security position, build the compliance program, deploy the right controls in the platform, and help them prepare for auditing.

The role requires autonomy, technical judgment and the ability to translate actual infrastructure into actionable compliance and security controls.

• Assess: Run discovery, map infrastructure, and data streams against target frames, identify gaps, and build a realistic roadmap for compliance.
• Build: Design and implement compliance programs: policies, controls, risk registers, supplier assessments, and evidence workflows tailored to each organization.
• Ship through audit: Prepare the evidence, coordinate the audit preparation work, and lead the conclusions to the closing.
• Stay close: Be a reliable technical contact point.Respond quickly and mark risks before they become bigger problems.
• Automate: Use AI tools, integrations, and workflow automation to eliminate repetitive work.
• Shape the product: Turn recurring customer issues into better platform workflows, documentation, and product requirements.

What we are looking for

Required

• 3+ years of experience in a technology environment.
• Technical experience in engineering, security, architecture or technical support.You can inspect a cloud environment and translate it into actionable controls.
• Practical experience with at least one major compliance framework, such asSOC2,ISO27001,GDPRor HIPAA.
• A strong automation mindset and practical use of AI or scripts to reduce manual work.
• Organized approach to managing multiple workflows without losing ownership.
• Good judgment about when to independently investigate and when to escalate or seek the advice of a specialist.
• Clear communication with CTOs, engineers, operational teams and auditors.

Nice to Have

• Experience in information security, compliance or GRC in a practical role.
• Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure and SaaS security tools such as MDM, SIEM and SSO/IdP.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ISO27001 Principal Auditor or CCSP.
• Early-stage technology company experience.
