The Role

Work closely with the company’s management throughout the business required to keep a technology business moving in its early stages: strategy, market entry, sales operations, automation, revenue tracking, and operational problem solving.

One day you might build a pitch deck, the next to build an automation to improve a sales flow, and the next to investigate why a business metrics don’t reconcile.

• Go-to-market: Work hands-on with outbound, campaigns, messaging, sales operations and experiments.
• Automation & Sales Ops: Build workflows, AI agents, and automation that reduce repetitive work.

• Operations: Take ownership of practical problems that need to be solved to keep your business moving.

What we are looking for

You are likely to fit this type of role if:

• Enjoy technology and you are really curious about how systems and work.
• Take responsibility for mistakes, learn quickly and keep moving.
• They are comfortable in an early-stage environment where not every process has a game card.
• You understand the basics of AI agents, LLMs, and automation, and want to use them in practice.
• Communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with a startup, a side project, or something you’ve built and launched yourself.
• Practical comfort with AI-assisted research, coding or workflow automation.
• Interest in security, compliance, SaaS operations or B2B technical services.

Working With AI

Modern operational roles are increasingly using tools such as OpenAI, Codex, Cursor and other AI-assisted workflows to investigate, automate and ship faster.
