Ended Contracts Filtered from Signatures

Persons with concluded contracts no longer appear in the signature request dialog, so former employees will not bother the list.

When you send a document for signature, the dialog now displays only people with active contracts.

It saves you from turning back people who have left and from accidentally sending requests to the wrong list.
