Nested Third-Party Relationships

Third parties can now nest at any depth, not just at a sub-seller level, so sub-processor subprocessors are representable.

Nested Third-Party Relationships

Third-party relationships were used to support exactly one level: a supplier and its direct sub-sellers.

Each third party carries a reference to its parent, and the console,APIand CLI (prb third-party list --level N) understand all levels beyond the first.

This also clarifies how sub-seller links work in general: they’re just a parent reference to the third party itself now, rather than a separate link/disconnect relationship to manage.
