Start and end of the audit

Audits now track a start and end date so that the review windows appear as sortable columns without opening each audit to check.

Audits now have a start and end date.

Set them when you create or update an audit, and they appear as sortable columns in the audit list on the console, CLI, and API. If you perform audits on a fixed window, such as a quarterly type II SOC2, you can see the window in a glance instead of opening each audit to check.
