This guide goes through the first useful setting in ZebraByte CloudZebraByte is delivered as SaaS, so there is no warehouse for cloning and no Docker or Kubernetes deployment required for clients, consultants or managed service users.

You need:

  • access to a ZebraByte Cloud workspace;
  • the organization or client you want to manage;
  • the regulatory framework or scope with which you wish to start;
  • at least one person who can hold the original compliance program.

If you want ZebraBytes to run most of the program for you, use Managed complianceProfessional consultants can follow the same setting for the organizations they manage.

  1. Sign in to ZebraByte Cloud

    Use the account and workspace provided while logging in. The cloud service is operated and updated by ZebraByte; you do not need to provide application infrastructure.

  2. Creating or selecting an organization

    An organization is the upper level limit for compliance data, members, frameworks, risks, suppliers, policies, evidence, and audits.

    Consultants working with multiple companies should keep each client within the appropriate organizational boundary so that records and access remain separate.

  3. Add the people who need access

    Invite internal owners, compliance team, or professional advisors to participate in the program.

  4. Choose the first framework

    Select the framework relevant to your organization’s objective, such asSOC2,ISO27001 or another supported compliance area.

  5. Revision of controls and ownership

    Assign owners and identify areas where evidence or remedy is still needed.

  6. Connecting Evidence and Integrations

    Use supported platform integrations and workflows to collect evidence from systems that your organization already operates.

  7. Building the Risk and Policy Baseline

    It records significant risks, establishes link guarantees and establishes the controlled documents necessary for the chosen framework.

  8. Track readiness continuously

    Use tasks, findings, evidence status and recurring revisions to keep your schedule up to date.

Docker Compose and Kubernetes pages inherited from the platform deployment line are retained for architectural analysis and migration reference, but are not ZebraByte installation instructions ZebraBytenu is distributed as open-source/auto-hosted software.

If you are evaluating a migration from a previous deployment model, start with architecture reference.
