This page provides a high-level overview of security controls for ZebraByte CloudDetailed architecture, operational procedures and audit evidence are shared through Compliance Portal during a security review.
Data and tenant isolation
Section “Data and tenant isolation”ZebraByteCloud is available in separate regions of the EU and the US. Your organization’s data is stored in the region selected when logging in.
Customer organizations are logically isolated through authorization and data access control.The regional infrastructure is shared among cloud clients and is not dedicated hardware for each organization.
Security controls
Section entitled “Security controls”- Network boundaries restrict direct access to application workloads and data services.
- Encryption It protects data in transit and rest. Sensitive application fields receive additional encryption at the application level.
- Secret management keep service credentials separate from application data and limit access according to operational roles.
- Access control apply the least privileged permits for infrastructure and production operations.
- Monitoring Supports detection and response for service and infrastructure events.
Backups and recovery
Section “Backups and Recovery”ZebraByteCloud uses daily encrypted backups and point recovery (PITR) with a five-minute point recovery goal.
Customer access
