ZebraByte Cloud
ZebraByteCloud is the SaaS delivery model for the compliance platform, with the infrastructure operated by ZebraByte, updates, backups, security controls and shared customer responsibilities.
ZebraByte Cloud ZebraBy hosts and operates the app, provides updates and security fixes, and manages the core platform infrastructure so customers and professional advisors can focus on the compliance program rather than the application operations.
ZebraBytenu is distributed as an open source or client-operated self-hosted edition.
Who can use ZebraByte Cloud

- Professional advisers Lawyers, DPOs, GRC consultants and compliance specialists can use the platform as an operating medium for customer activity.

What ZebraByte operates
Section entitled “WhatZebraByteoperates”At the platform level, ZebraByte is responsible for areas such as:
- hosting applications and platform updates;
- infrastructure maintenance and security patches;
- storage of platform data and backup controls;
- service monitoring and operational maintenance;
- network, encryption and secret-management controls used by the SaaS service;
- Platform integration and the automation layer.
Exact contractual commitments, availability, recovery objectives, customer-specific retention and controls are governed by the ZebraByte Applicable Service Agreement and the Compliance Portal material.
