Compliance Portal
Learn how the Compliance Portal allows you to publish certifications, commitments, references and files publicly with visitor authentication and NDA checks.
The Compliance Portal is the public equivalent of an organization’s platform’s private workspace. It allows an organization to share approved compliance information without giving visitors access to the console.
Published content
Posts Tagged ‘published content’A portal can present certifications, commitments, references, custom files and links selected by the organization. the content of the portal is managed separately from internal records, so that the publication of a compliance program record does not automatically expose it to the public.
Commitment Groups organize related public statements. References and files provide supporting materials. Review each item for confidential, personal or security-sensitive information before publishing.
Visitor controls
Section entitled “Visitor controls”The portal supports visitor authentication and NDA-controlled access for protected materials. A custom domain can present the portal under a host name owned by an organization. These controls reduce unintended disclosure but do not replace content classification and approval.
Operational boundary
Section entitled “Operational boundary”The availability of the portal depends on the trust-center service configuration in a self-hosted implementation. The configuration name is retained for compatibility; the product name is Compliance Portal. Operators must configure public URLs, OAuth behavior, email delivery,TLSand domain routing consistently.
