Crisp

Connect Crisp as your access review source by installing the Marketplace plugin and verifying your site ID to list operators.

The platform reads your Crisp website operators (your team members, not your visitors) through the CrispAPI plugin so you can check who has access.

  • the platform organization administrator access
  • Owner access to the Crisp website so you can install a plugin and edit its settings (Crisp operators are either Owner or Member)
  • The the platform Access Review The plugin installed on the Crisp website that you want to review
  • Your Crisp Website ID, from Settings > Workspace Settings > Setup & Integrations

The platform column lists each field. the Crisp column displays the operator field on which the platform reads or marks a field as Not supported when Crisp does not provide it.

  1. In the Crisp dashboard (signed as Owner), install the the platform Access Review Plugin on the site you want to review.
  2. Copy your Website ID from Settings > Workspace Settings > Setup & Integrations.

  1. On the platform, go to Access Reviews > Sources > Add Source.
  2. Find Crisp, click Connectand enter into Website ID.
  3. the platform shows a verification code. Copy it.
  4. In the Crisp dashboard, open the the platform Access Review plug-in settings, enter the code in the platform Verification Code field, and save.
  5. Back in the platform, click ConnectThe platform reads the code back through the plugin, confirms that it matches and connects the site.

The platform names the source after your Crisp website and attracts its operators into your campaigns.

  • "Install and configure the platform plugin" error. The Access Platform Review plugin must be installed on the exact site whose site ID you entered.
  • Verification code mismatch. Enter the exact code that the platform displays for this site in the plugin the platform Verification Code Setting and saving before clicking ConnectThe code is linked to your organization and this site.
  • No operators appear. Confirm the Website ID The platform lists the operators (agents), not the visitors.
