OpenAI
Connect OpenAI as an access review source using an AdminAPI organizational key so that the platform can list every member of your OpenAI organization.
The platform reads your organization’s OpenAI members through AdminAPI so you can check who has access.
Prerequisites
Section entitled ‘Prerequisites’- the platform organization administrator access
- The Owner role in an OpenAI organization (only owners can create AdminAPI keys)

Step 1: Create an Admin API Key
Section entitled “Step 1: Create an AdminAPIKey”
- In the OpenAI API platform, go to Settings > Admin keys Ca organizaţie Owner.
- Click Create new Admin key, name it (for example
Probo Access Review) and set Permissions to Read onlyBecause the platform only reads you members. - Copy the key (
sk-admin-…) and save it securely.
Step 2: Connect in the platform
“Step 2: Connect in the platform”- On the platform, go to Access Reviews > Sources > Add Source.
- Find OpenAI, click API KeyPut the key and click Connect.
The platform names the source after your organization and attracts its members to your campaigns.
Troubleshooting
Section “Troubleshooting”- Key rejected. Confirm that it is an admin key (
sk-admin-…) with at least Read only permission. A project key (sk-proj-…) won’t work. - No members appear. The key must be created by an organization. Owner and you belong to the organization you are reviewing.
