  1. On the platform, go to Access Reviews > Sources.
  2. Click Add source, find CSV, and click Open.
  3. Enter a descriptive source Name.
  4. Add the entire CSV, including the header line, to the CSV Data.
  5. Click Create.

The source is now available when create a campaign.

A campaign reads the CSV stored in the source when the campaign starts. To review a more recent export, update or replace the source data before starting the next campaign.

Subsequent changes to sources do not rewrite entries or decisions in an existing campaign.

The console is not currently editing a CSV source. Delete the old source and create a new one with the updated export or use ___ZBT_I18N_RUNTIME_BLOCK_192__ from CLI.

  • The campaign reports a missing email column. Add a title email. The spelling must match, although the capitalization does not matter.
  • A row is missing. The platform passes the rows whose email value is empty.
  • An account has the wrong status or admin value. Use true or false. Only true is recognized as true.
  • A service account appears as a person. Set account_type to SERVICE_ACCOUNT.
  • A role is incomplete. The CSV format supports only one value role per row. Use a concise combined tag if the export contains multiple roles.
