“Step 2: Connect in the platform”
  1. On the platform, go to Access Reviews > Sources > Add Source.
  2. Find SendGrid, click API KeyPut the key and click Connect.

The platform names the source after the company name in your SendGrid account profile and attracts teammates to your campaigns.

  • Key rejected. Confirm the key has full access or private access, including Teammates permission. A billing access key only reaches billing endpoints. If you didn’t copy the key value when you created it, you can’t recover it, so you can create a new key instead.
  • No teammates appear. A short list can also be correct: Free and Essentials accounts allow one teammate per account, while Pro and above allow up to 1,000.
  • The MFA is unknown to the account owner. SendGrid reports the state of two factors through auto-set 2fa_exempt and 2fa_required domains. A user with full access, including the owner, owns each domain and therefore both flags, so the platform reports unknown.
  • The source keeps its default name. Numele provine din Company The platform keeps the default name when the field is empty and when the key cannot read the profile. In order for the platform to choose the name, fill out the company field and give the key access to the account profile, or use a Full Access key.
